Is the GPP SIM only compatible with AT&T locked iPhone 4S?

No, it is compatible with all GSM iPhone 4S. Follow the 4 easy steps below. You will only have to do this once. AT&T locked iPhone 4S owners do not have to follow the steps below, as the GPP SIM comes pre-programmed for AT&T.

1) Insert your carriers SIM (T-Mobile, Vodafone, Rogers, Softbank etc.)

2) On the iPhone 4S go to Settings -> Phone -> SIM PIN. Turn on SIM PIN and set it to 0000 and then turn the iPhone 4S off.

3) Now, insert the GPP SIM with your carriers SIM. Turn on the iPhone 4S and enter pin 0000. Wait approximately 20 seconds until the activation required message appears and then turn iPhone 4S off.

4) Turn on your iPhone 4S. Wait approximately 30 seconds, and your iPhone 4S will be unlocked. Congratulations!

Remember, you will only have to do this one time. From then on, the unlocking process upon booting up will be completely automated.

Do I have to dial 112, insert the SIM and tray multiple times, or constantly change the airplane mode settings?

Does the GPP SIM void my Apple warranty?

No!

Do I need to cut my sim card to use the GPP SIM?

No! Your sim card does not need to be cut or bent in anyway. Plug and play.

Switched my pre-order for an Ultra S and had the GPP overnighted. I have it working flawlessly with T-Mobile right now. A lot easier to use than the original Gevey I bought from here!
